SARTORIAL arriva da Milano ed è un’esperienza sensoriale, personalizzata e su misura, che si sposa perfettamente al mondo della moda. E’ la nuova cocktail list di Ceresio7 con la quale il locale milanese crea un percorso sensoriale alla scoperta del mondo tessile e delle sue origini. Il menù è realizzato interamente in tessuto Jacroki, un materiale naturale ed ecologico, consegnato al cliente arrotolato e chiuso da un sottile laccio di cuoio. La sezione Textiles è nata dallo studio approfondito dei materiali tessili e dalle lavorazioni sartoriali, è composta da cocktails “disegnati” pensando all’eleganza e alla raffinatezza di tali tessuti, ogni cocktail rappresenta un tessuto, una carta ideata per attivare tutti i sensi che raccoglie cocktaisl dalle texture sorprendenti e abbinamenti audaci e inaspettati come il Pride of silk che si ispira alla seta, con ingredienti provenienti dal Giappone, come i kumquat, il mandarino Miyagawa ed il whisky Nikka from the Barrel con sentori di camomilla e miele di acacia, viene servito in una particola “tazza” giapponese con ornamenti floreali orientali. Purple velvet è ispirato al velluto, ha un chiaro rimando alla Toscana poiché è un’innovativa versione del Negroni. Viene ricoperto da un’emulsione per richiamare la sensazione del velluto, creata con albumi, vino Chianti e sherbet agli agrumi. Organza ispirato alla delicatezza dell’omonimo tessuto. La leggerezza del materiale è trasmessa grazie ad un processo di chiarificazione del cocktail che lo rende morbido e setoso, pur mantenendo una giusta acidità e freschezza. Smoking, ricorda inequivocabilmente il famoso abito maschile. Il drink è ispirato all’Old fashioned in cui lo zucchero della ricetta originale viene sostituito da uno sciroppo del cocktail Le Vieux Carrè. Di grande impatto visivo  è servito in una bottiglietta colmata con del fumo di legno di ciliegio, versato poi nel bicchiere dove il fumo rilascia l’aroma e diventa evanescente. Star of Gins, con il suo colore turchese, ricorda il tessuto jeans, dalle note balsamiche e aromatiche, preparato con un ingrediente particolare che regala una piacevole sensazione: lo sherbet di oliva di Nocellara ed erbe aromatiche. Viene servito in un tumbler basso caratterizzato da una sottile striscia di tessuto in jeans. Between the sheets si ispira invece al lino e si fa influenzare dall’Antico Egitto per la ricerca dei suoi ingredienti come le note dolci di albicocca che ricorda l’antica bevanda, Qamar al-Dina base di albicocca. Cocktails su misura per un’esperienza unica!

It is the new cocktail list of Ceresio7 with which the Milanese restaurant creates a sensory journey to discover the world of textiles and its origins. The menu is made entirely of Jacroki fabric, a natural and ecological material, delivered to the customer rolled up and closed by a thin leather lace. The Textiles section is the result of an in-depth study of textile materials and tailoring. It is composed of cocktails “designed” with the elegance and refinement of these fabrics in mind, each cocktail representing a fabric, a paper designed to activate all the senses that collects cocktails with surprising textures and bold and unexpected combinations such as Pride of silk inspired by silk, with ingredients from Japan, such as kumquat, Miyagawa mandarin and Nikka from the Barrel whisky with hints of chamomile and acacia honey, is served in a special Japanese “cup” with oriental floral ornaments. Purple velvet is inspired by velvet, has a clear reference to Tuscany as it is an innovative version of Negroni. It is covered with an emulsion to recall the sensation of velvet, created with egg whites, Chianti wine and citrus sherbet. Organza inspired by the delicacy of the homonymous fabric. The lightness of the material is transmitted thanks to a process of clarification of the cocktail that makes it soft and silky, while maintaining the right acidity and freshness. Smoking, unequivocally recalls the famous men’s dress. The drink is inspired by the Old fashioned in which the sugar of the original recipe is replaced by a syrup of the cocktail Le Vieux Carrè. Of great visual impact it is served in a bottle filled with cherry wood smoke, then poured into the glass where the smoke releases the aroma and becomes evanescent. Star of Gins, with its turquoise colour, recalls the jeans fabric, with its balsamic and aromatic notes, prepared with a particular ingredient that gives a pleasant sensation: the sherbet of Nocellara olive and aromatic herbs. It is served in a low tumbler characterized by a thin strip of denim fabric. Between the sheets is inspired by linen and is influenced by Ancient Egypt for the research of its ingredients such as the sweet notes of apricot reminiscent of the ancient drink, Qamar al-Din based on apricot.
