Se volessimo analizzare a fondo una bottiglia di vino, non soltanto dal punto di vista enologico, ma anche storico, fisico, chimico e antropologico, dovremmo far ricorso alle diverse scienze alla base delle differenti tematiche. Gli scrittori Tattersall e DeSalle hanno sostenuto e riportato nel loro libro “Il tempo in una bottiglia”, questa teoria, il nettare degli dei ha un legame con tutte le discipline scientifiche.
