Sandwich e tramezzini, gioiosi e golosi da consumare ad un aperitivo primaverile! Oltralpe il panino per eccellenza è sicuramente il Croque Monsieur, composto da due fette di pane in cassetta imburrate, farcite con gruviera e prosciutto cotto e poi dorate alla griglia oppure il Croque Madame sovrastato da un uovo cotto in padella. Per scovare un ottimo abbinamento si può rimanere in Francia e precisamente nella Loira. Lungo la riva destra dell’omonimo fiume i vini bianchi prodotti sono secchi e fruttati tra da provare l’abbinamento con il Pouilly Fumè, con sensazioni floreali e fruttati di agrumi, frutta gialla, fiori di sambuco, di nocciola e pepe verde, buona struttura, bella potenza.  Sull’altra sponda del fiume si trovano le coltivazioni dei vigneti di Sancerre, vigne che crescono su terreni calcarei, presenta tonalità delicate, sensazioni olfattive eleganti, di frutta bianca, un po’ aspra, mela verde, sentori minerali e fumè, lime, fiore di sambuco, fresco, fragrante. Over the Alps the sandwich par excellence is certainly the Croque Monsieur, composed of two slices of bread in a buttered box, stuffed with craneviera and ham cooked and then grilled gilded or the Croque Madame overhung with an egg cooked in a pan. To find an excellent match you can stay in France and precisely in the Loire. Along the right bank of the river of the same name, the white wines produced are dry and fruity, between which you can try the matching with the Pouilly Fumé, with floral and fruity citrus fruit, yellow fruit, elderflower, hazelnut and green pepper, good structure, beautiful potency.  On the other side of the river there are the cultivation of Sancerre vineyards, vineyards that grow on calcareous soils, with delicate hues, elegant olfactory sensations, white fruit, a little bit bit bitter, green apple, mineral and smoky hints, lime, elderflower, fresh, fragrant.
